Contact enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city and country, subject and message. We use these details to review and respond to your request and, where relevant, discuss the products or services you ask about.
Enquiries are stored in a private database on the website server. If email notifications are enabled, your enquiry is also sent to our company mailbox through the hosting mail service. Access to these records is limited to authorised operators.
Storage and retention
Website enquiry records older than 90 days are removed when the enquiry system runs or during scheduled maintenance. Business correspondence in company email or records created as part of a project may be retained separately where needed to handle your request or meet applicable obligations.
Essential cookies and security
The contact pages use an essential session cookie to protect form submissions and display confirmation of a successful enquiry. It is not used for advertising. This website does not install analytics or marketing cookies.
To limit automated abuse, the server uses a keyed hash of the connecting IP address for an hourly request limit. The enquiry database does not store your raw IP address. Your hosting provider may keep separate web-server access logs.

Links to Facebook and Google Maps open external websites. Those services handle information under their own privacy notices. No external map or social-media embed loads automatically on this website.
